Hi, I’m Dr. Noah! As a Naturopathic Doctor, I’m dedicated to empowering people like you to live vibrant, fulfilling lives. Every day, I have the privilege of helping my patients overcome challenges and achieve their health goals.

My focus is on supporting patients with mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia.

I’m also committed to helping women achieve hormone balance, particularly with conditions like PCOS, PMS, and perimenopause/menopause.

Additionally, I dedicate my practice to gut health, addressing issues like IBS, IBD, and food sensitivities.

Whether you're dealing with acute or chronic concerns, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My approach is proactive, with you as an active partner in your wellness journey. I’m not just a doctor—I’m your coach, supporter, and healer, dedicated to helping you thrive.

A little bit more about me:

My story started watching my grandfather in his role as a family doctor (GP). He practiced for over 60 years and helped countless people. It was inspiring to see him make such an impact through a career that he loved so much. His lessons and example, along with my education in health science and naturopathic medicine, have lead me to strive to create a similar impact. My hope is to help improve the lives of as many people as I can, using my skills to distill complicated scientific information into actionable steps to better health.

In addition to practicing one-on-one care, I also provide personalized corporate wellness workshops, working with companies like General Mills, Intuit, Oakville Hydro, Point Click Care and Kimberly Clark.

I strive to create practical presentations, having recently presented on the following topics as well:

Outside of my practice and corporate wellness, I also work as a part-time faculty member at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I seek to motivate and inspire naturopathic students to have a strong focus on holistic care to help create a more positive impact on healthcare in the future.
